An excellent 3-bedroom, two-storey villa of 350 m² in Thai style with modern elements, a swimming pool and a green garden, and a large balcony overlooking the sea. Kamala Beach is 200 m away, with many cafes and restaurants where you can dine at sunset, swim in the sea and get a massage. Supermarkets and a market are 500 m from the villa; Cafe del Mar and InterContinental are 500 m away.
A 350 m² villa with 3 bedrooms, a private 8×4 pool, a gazebo, a green garden and a large balcony with comfortable furniture and a sea view — sunbathe, cook a barbecue and enjoy the sunsets. Each bedroom has teak furniture (a bed with a soft latex mattress, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, cabinets and lamps). All shower rooms have water heaters. The kitchen has a teak table for six, a large refrigerator, gas and electric ovens with four burners and a baking oven, a microwave, kettle, blender, toaster and full cookware. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.
Please note: no hemp, no smoking or vaping indoors, no drugs or gambling, no durian or mangosteen, and no shoes inside the house. The price is for the number of guests specified at booking; extra guests are 1000 THB per person per night, with a maximum of 16 on the premises. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, with a surcharge of 50–100% of the daily rate. Breakfast/meals are not included.
